Types of Jumbo Bags:

1. STANDARD BAGS / 4 PANEL BAGS -

A 4-Panel Bulk bag derives its name directly from its construction design. In this type of bulk bag, the 4 sides are constructed from 4 separate fabric panels which are stitched together at the edges with each other. A separate piece of panel is used to make the square bottom of the bag.
The bulk bag is an internally baffled FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container) with spread strap lift loop design, and can contain 25% to 30% more than a conventional super sack of the same height. A Baffle Bag has pieces of fabric or other material sewn across each corner of a tubular or 4-Panel bag to improve a bag's appearance, improve the stability of the load and to more efficiently utilize storage or shipping space.
The 4-Panel Bulk Bag is the ideal choice for industries that require packing, storing and transporting mainly solid and uniform shaped products mostly. With stronger materials, finer type of substances can also be easily transported due to the square shape of the bag.
2. CONICAL BAGS -
Conical bag is shaped as a cone at the bottom. These bags are especially suitable to pack tacky products which are not so free flowing. Such as clay, slurries etc.
FIBCs (big bags/bulk bags) with a conical base are specially developed for poorly flowing products. The conical shape at the bottom of the bag ensures that the bulk bag can be discharged quickly and easily. By using this bulk bags, you can sometimes prevent expensive adjustments to discharging systems.

3. VENTILATED BAGS -
Ventilated bags are FIBCs with breathable strips that allow for circulation of air. These bags are useful for products that require breathing flow when packed, such as fruits, vegetables, potatoes, onions, beans, grains, nuts or similar products, we provide the ventilated FIBC (big bag with air stripes). This design is available with all sewing pattern, inlet/outlet design and various closure options. This bag is protective, breathable and very strong.

4. TUNNEL LOOP BAGS -
Tunnel loops are two continuous tunnels along the side of the FIBC bags. These are easy for one person to pick up and can therefore save labor. For some filling and discharging systems, the forklift truck driver can lift the FIBC and place it into the filling or discharging system without having to get out of the truck. In addition, this may reduce your pallet usage. Building material such as sand can easily be carried in bulk quantity by tunnel loop bags. It is manufactured as per customer specifications and with printed logo on it.

5. FORM STABILISED BAGS / BAFFLE BAGS -

These are FIBCS with inner construction of baffles sewn to the main fabric so that the bags retain shape after filling. From Stabilized bags ensure... Saving in Space, Higher Stability after filling, and Retention of the rectangular shape.

6. U PANEL BAGS -
U-Panel Bulk Bags have the bottom and the two main sides made from a single piece of fabric. This helps to distribute the weight uniformly all along the curved length of the fabric, adding more strength to the bag. U-Panel Bulk Bags are common in industries for carrying a variety of materials. This bag is most useful for transporting any type of flake, pellet, powder, granule or free-flowing material. The additional strength provided by the U-Panel design allows this bag to be used for carrying heavier products (such as raw materials) that are over 3,500 lb in weight.
7. CROSS CORNER BAGS/ TUBULAR / CIRCULAR BAGS -
The Circular Bag is made from fabric woven on a circular loom, which is then cut to the proper length for a specified bag height, thereby eliminating the vertical seams on each of the bag's sides. Circular Full Loop bag with 4 lifting points has no verticals seams, because it is woven with circular looms. This guarantees more protection against humidity and a much more efficient containment capacity for dusty and grainy materials.
